Potato And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dozen eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1 lb. hot sausage, browned
1 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix eggs and milk. Place frozen potatoes in 9 x 13-inch dish. Add layer of sausage. Pour egg mixture over top. Cover with grated cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
