Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. sausage (hot sausage)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar, grated
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Roll into small balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    May be frozen.
    When ready to serve, thaw about 45 minutes and reheat thoroughly.
