Pimento Cheese Souffle(Marion Compton) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, peel off crust
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1 stick margarine
    1 small jar cut pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 lb. sharp cheese
Preparation
    Add 1/2 cup hot water to bread in large bowl.
    Make paste. Add milk, eggs, pimentos, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking dish; pour in mix.
    Beat well. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0, until brown around edges and light brown on top.
    Can be mixed day before.
