Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 c. oats
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. honey
1 c. mashed very ripe bananas
1/3 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, soda and oats.
Add egg, oil,
milk, honey, bananas and nuts.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.\tFill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0
for
15
minutes, or until done.
Yields 12 muffins.
