Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    8 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; knead several times.
    Roll out on a floured board.
    Cut and place on a cookie sheet or in a baking pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 to 500\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
