Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large baking potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Cut each potato into 6 slices.
Dry the pieces.
Coat with melted butter in baking dish.
Add salt and pepper.
Bake covered in single layer for 20 minutes.
Uncover, baste and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
