Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage and 1/2 lb. ground meat or 1 lb. ground meat
1 can Ragu spaghetti sauce (Extra Thick and Zesty)
10 oz. lasagne noodles (6 to 8 noodles)
2 eggs
1 container cream-style cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
1 lb. Provoli cheese, sliced thin
Preparation

Brown meat; spoon off excess fat.
Add Ragu sauce and beaten eggs.
Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in large amount of boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse.
Layer half the noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spread half cream cheese, half Mozzarella and half Provoli. Top with half of meat sauce.
Repeat process.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(Can be assembled early and refrigerated.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.)
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
