Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. ground veal
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 medium onion
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. boiled rice
Preparation
    Trim off soiled cabbage and remove core.
    Put head in boiling water.
    Boil for 10 minutes or until leaves are limp (remove from water and separate leaves).
    Mix the remainder of ingredients.
