Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. grated orange rind in dough
Preparation

Mix well and pour into tube pan.
Bake about 45 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
Pour icing (recipe follows) over hot cake after removing it from the oven.
