Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients very well (3 to 4 minutes).
Pour in greased and floured cake pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. While cake is still hot, poke holes in it with fork.
Pour glaze made of 2 cups powdered sugar and 6 to 10 tablespoons of lemon juice over cake.
Refrigerate.
Serve with no frosting.
