Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 to 36 fresh mushrooms
    1/4 lb. hot sausage
    1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 to 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Saute tops in butter and drain.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    Fill each top with a mound of mix.
    Cover and chill until serving time.
    Broil for 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Can be frozen.
