Ingredients

2 to 3 eggs
45 crushed saltines
1 lb. fully cooked ground ham
2 lb. ground pork
2 c. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. ground mustard
Preparation

In a large bowl combine ham, pork, crushed saltines and eggs. Mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Place in two ungreased 15x10x1 baking pans.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0F for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, combine brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened.
Drain ham balls.
Pour syrup over ham balls.
Bake until glazed or for 10 minutes.
Decorate with freshly cut parsley.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
