Spicy Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    3 Tbsp. unsalted tomato paste
    1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and tomato paste and blend well.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate for a few hours, if possible. Serve with taco chips or vegetables.
