Student Veggie Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beans (your choice)
    pasta sauce
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    bread crumbs or crackers
    vegetable oil
    lettuce
    cheese (optional)
    hamburger condiments (ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc.)
    bread
Preparation
    Drain juice from beans and crush in mixing bowl.
    When beans are mashed into a paste, add sauce, diced green pepper and diced onion.
    Add bread crumbs or crushed crackers until mixture can be formed into patties.
    Heat 1/8 cup oil in pan; grill patties. Sandwich patty with desired toppings and serve.
