Quick Peach Pie Or Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 peaches, sliced or apples
    5 slices white loaf bread, trim crust
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Place sliced peaches in a pie plate and sprinkle a little sugar over them to keep them from turning brown.
    Cut each slice of bread into 4 or 5 fingers and weave into a lattice crust on top of peaches.
    Mix sugar, flour, melted butter and egg well; coat crust with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
