Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    4 carrots, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Pour into a big bowl and add rest of ingredients.
    Stir.
    Makes a large amount.
