Homemade Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. peppermint or spearmint oil
    3 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    food coloring
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, oil and food coloring in bowl.
    Add confectioners sugar; knead until well mixed.
    Shape into marble sized balls.
    Leave ball-shaped or press into patty, if desired. Roll in sugar.
    Makes 7 dozen.
