Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 to 3 lb. cut-up chicken
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Put seasoned stuffing mix in plastic bag.
    Add salt.
    Beat egg with water in pie plate.
    Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then shake in stuffing mixture.
    Place in melted butter in single layer. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Turn; bake 15 minutes longer.
