Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
oil for frying

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Pour in hot oil.
Cook to a golden brown, 2 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with 10x sugar.
