Chiffon Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    7 egg yolks
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 c. flour, sifted
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl with wooden spoon, mix sugar, oil, egg yolks, cold water and vanilla.
