Pat'S Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomatoes, not crushed
    3 large potatoes, diced
    2 large carrots, sliced
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can baby or minced clams or 2 (7 oz.) cans with juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    1/8 tsp. crushed thyme
Preparation
    Do not drain clams.
