Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 pkg. Jell-O coconut cream flavor or vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 Tbsp. heated honey
Preparation

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large mixer bowl.
Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Set aside 1/4 cup coconut and cover.
Stir remaining coconut into batter.
