    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/2 Tbsp. water
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour or bread flour
    3/4 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cornmeal
Preparation
    You will need 5 (5-inch) soups bowls or 5 (1 1/2 pound) Dinty Moore stew cans.
