Ingredients

1 or 2 small ripe bananas
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c. oil
1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation

Slice bananas into large bowl.\tBeat until well-mashed. Add remaining ingredients.
Blend,
then beat at medium speed of electric
mixer,
for
2 minutes.
Pour into a well greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 60 or 70 minutes.
Cool
in\tpan
at
least 15 minutes.
Remove from pan. Finish
cooling
on
rack.\tSprinkle with
confectioners sugar, if desired.
