Caldo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 sliced carrots
    2 quartered apples, cored
    1 sliced onion (medium)
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 sliced zucchini
    2 ears corn (sliced 2-inches)
    2 Tbsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 can tomatoes, diced
    cilantro
    2 to 4 c. water
    spaghetti noodles or 1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    You will need a stewpot.
