Potato-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    garlic salt
    pepper
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Layer potatoes (skin on), onions, garlic salt, pepper, sausage and cheese.
    Cover with greased foil (eliminates sticking).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
