Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in mixer.
    Mix for 5 minutes.
    Put paper cups in muffin pan.
    Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cup.
    Fill 3/4 full with filling.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool and top with pie filling.
