Beef Stick (Salami) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. extra lean ground beef
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. peppercorns
    1 1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    4 1/2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Cure
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate, covered, for 3 days.
    Stir well once daily.
