Old-Fashioned Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. half and half
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together well.
    Add cream.
    Mix well.
    Cook on medium heat or in microwave and butter.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
    Cool.
    May sprinkle top with cinnamon, if desired.
    Good with fresh rhubarb added to pudding when being cooked, about 1 cup.
