Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 large carrot, sliced
1 onion, chopped
6 stalks celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 large can tomato juice
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can mushrooms
1 can French-style green beans
1 pkg. artificial sweetener
Preparation

Combine cabbage, carrot, onion, celery, green pepper and tomato juice.
Cook until almost done.
Add bouillon cubes and lemon juice and cook until vegetables are done.
Add mushrooms, green beans and sweetener.
