Bermuda Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 small head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
1/2 large Bermuda onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1/3 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/2 c. crumbled Roquefort or Blue cheese
1 small head lettuce, shredded and chilled
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in jar.
Shake vigorously.
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, onion rings and olives.
Pour dressing over vegetables.
Cover; marinate several hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Toss with cheese and lettuce just before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings (about 10 cups).
