Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped uncooked apples

Preparation

Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the combined dry ingredients.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
