Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl (or in Quick Shake), combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add in eggs and milk.
    Mix together and let stand a few minutes. Cook in hot oil until brown on both sides.
    Drain. Sprinkle
    with powdered sugar.
