Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine over low heat.
    Add beef and cook, stirring until beef is brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes, add sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
