Chinese Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. boneless pork roast
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. chicken stock
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the meat and mix well.
    Pour mixture over the meat and marinate overnight.
    Place meat in a roasting pan.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for about 3 hours or until done.
    Serve with rice.
