Polish Hot Beet Relish(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

4 c. cooked beets (cover 8 medium raw beets with water and cook until tender, peel), shredded
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Heat cooked, shredded beets in melted butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, sugar and salt.
Add sour cream and vinegar.
Heat thoroughly, stirring frequently, but do not boil.
