Rich 'N Charlies Italian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head red leaf lettuce
    1 head green leaf lettuce
    1 can hearts of palm
    1 can artichokes
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 red onion
Preparation
    Combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, sugar and red wine vinegar.
    Add sliced onion, chopped palm, chopped artichokes and pimento.
    Stir.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Rinse and drain lettuce.
    Tear into bite sized pieces.
    Combine all and toss just before serving.
