Beef And Pepper Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
    2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimento, drained
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil in 10-inch skillet.
    Stir in onion, rice, beef broth, 1 soup can water and soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
    Stir in green peppers and pimento. Heat thoroughly.
