Ice Cream Wafers(Makes 3 Dozen Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar, granulated
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream the Crisco and sugar well.
Add egg.
Mix flour and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Then add vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Place 1/2 pecan on top before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
