Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1 jar salsa (hot)
    1 medium Vidalia onion
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (reduced fat)
    1/2 mashed avocado (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, blend black-eyed peas and minced onion.
    Add salsa, mayonnaise and avocado.
