Ingredients

1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip, softened
angel food cake
1 bag bit of brittle
Preparation

Trim angel food cake and cube.
Fold cake and Cool Whip; spread into a 9 x 13-inch casserole or pan.
Layer ice cream on top of cake.
Sprinkle bit of brittle.
Freeze.
Serve frozen.
