Aaron'S Goose Or Duck Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. boiling water
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. oil
    2 large onions, chopped
    5 ribs celery, chopped
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    1/8 c. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt to taste
    black or red pepper
    2 large teal ducks or 2 large ducks or 1 goose (your option)
Preparation
    Start water boiling.
    Make roux with the flour and oil.
    When roux is browned, add to boiling water.
    Stir, adding onions, celery, bell peppers and the ducks or goose.
    They can be chopped or whole.
    Add rest of ingredients to taste.
    Cover and simmer for 4 to 6 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
