Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    1 tsp. soda
    5 egg whites, beaten
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add egg yolks. Sift flour and soda. Add to mixture with buttermilk. Fold in nuts and coconut. Fold in egg whites. Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
