Brownie Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brownie mix (your choice)
    2 extra eggs for brownie mix
    1 c. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 carton Cool Whip
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    caramel fudge and fudge ice cream topping for ice cream
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix brownie mix (Martha White) or your choice.
    Add the 2 extra eggs and more water to make consistency of cake batter. Cool completely after baking in 2 layers in 9-inch pans or Tiara pans.
    Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar; beat with mixer. Add 1 carton Cool Whip and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
    Combine sugar, cocoa and butter.
    Bring to boil and boil 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Let cool.
    While cooling, place one layer of brownies on plate.
    Top with half of the Cool Whip mixture.
    Place remaining brownie layer on top of this.
