Chicken Salad Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread
2 c. diced chicken
1/4 c. diced onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 tsp. salt
4 slices bread
2 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. sharp cheese
Preparation

Mix as a salad and place on bread crumbs, put 4 slices bread on top.
Mix together eggs and milk.
Pour over mixture.
Cover with Saran Wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
