Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated carrot
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour, honey, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir in walnuts and raisins.
    In another bowl, combine oil and 2 eggs.
    Add to flour mixture; stir in carrot.
    Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
