Asparagus With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 minced green onions
1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. cornstarch and enough water to make thickening for sauce
1 lb. fresh asparagus
4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, green onions, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar and pepper. Stir and set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine water, honey and 1/4 cup white wine vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
Add asparagus and cook until tender and crisp.
Don't overcook.
