Oven Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 c. cauliflower florets
    cherry tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 egg
    1 zucchini, cut into sticks
    1 c. broccoli florets
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine bread crumbs with oil.
    Stir in cheese.
    In another bowl, lightly beat together egg and water.
    Dip veggies into egg mixture, letting excess drip off, then coat with bread crumbs.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is crisp and veggies are tender.
    Place on serving platter; garnish with tomatoes.
    Serve with favorite dip.
    I serve with cheese dip or Ranch dressing.
