Mom'S Swedish Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. rye flour
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Combine warm water, sugar and yeast; set aside.
    In another bowl combine all remaining ingredients except white flour.
    When cool, add yeast mixture to flour mixture.
    Slowly add white flour and knead 5 minutes.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Form into 3 loaves.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
