Broccoli Olive Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. American cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 c. ripe olives, chopped
corn chips
Preparation

Thaw and drain broccoli.
Blend in cheese, red pepper and olives.
Melt over low flame, stirring frequently.
Keep warm in chafing dish.
Serve with corn chips.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
